Valencia Beat Murcia 3-0

Ronald Koeman praised his side for their work ethic after seeing them defeat Real Murcia 3-0, to earn him his first win as Valencia coach.

"We have pressed a lot in the middle of the pitch and up front and this allowed us to get 2-0 up, and with that we were more calm and we played with a lot of discipline and aggression," he said.

"Valencia have been very united. We need to defend as a block, we have done that and this is very important.

"We have worked very hard and we need to play like that, with everybody attacking together and defending together."

That's just what I was saying on 1st November, he should read this blog, I also said that any team that attacks Real Madrid would score goals as proved to be the case last night when Mallorca scored 3 goals in Madrid, but unfortunately conceded 4 goals.
