Seven to eight years ago if you had a flat for sale on the Costa del Sol, buyers would be banging your door down, even with the inflated prices.
Now it's all changed, according to a report on the 20minutos website, it takes on average four years to sell a property in Marbella, where sales have been particularly hard hit by the housing slump as a result of the 'Malaya' council corruption scandal, and sales along the Málaga coast as a whole are already 30% down on last year.
I've said it before, and will keep on saying it. "You get more for your money Inland."
